Memorial Park’s Shelter was originally built by the Howards Grove Lion’s Club and donated to the Village for public use. There is a large off-street parking lot to accommodate your guests, and a large kitchen and indoor grill area. There are approximately 8 picnic tables inside the shelter, with additional tables outside, and bathrooms are located across the parking lot in a separate building. There is a large variety of playground equipment to entertain the young or young-at-heart in your party.
Please remember that you are renting the shelter only, and other areas of the park, including the playground equipment, may be used by the public during your event.
Riverside Park’s Shelter is located at the back of the park, east of the ball diamonds. You should use the southern entrance (labeled "Park Shelter Entrance") off of Highway 32 to access the shelter building. There is some parking near the building, and a large kitchen and indoor grill area. There are approximately 8 picnic tables inside the shelter, and bathrooms are attached to the shelter. There is some playground equipment and a sand volleyball court nearby.
Please remember that you are renting the shelter only, and other areas of the park, including the playground equipment and volleyball court, may be used by the public during your event.
