Village Government

The Village of Howards Grove operates under the laws of the State of Wisconsin as a village.  Its President-Trustee form of government is augmented by a full-time Village Clerk-Treasurer and a Public Works Supervisor, both appointed by the Board to direct and coordinate municipal operations and services.
