1. How can I request public records?

Public records, resolutions and ordinances, minutes and other public information can be requested by submitting the Records and Information Request Form to the Village Clerk-Treasurer's Office. You may complete one in our office or download one and submit it via mail or our drop box at 913 S. Wisconsin Dr., Howards Grove, WI 53083 Click here for Request Form

2. How can I register to vote?

Two ways, either In-person or Mailed-in: 1) Stop at Village Hall and we can assist you in completing your registration. 2) Go online to myvote.wi.gov to complete your registration online. Complete and print out the form and return the printed form, along with proof of residency, to the Clerk-Treasurer's office. For more information and related links, click here.
